Welcome to The Gathering Where Rustic Meets Elegance​

Our historic barn and farmhouse, originally built in 1850 for one of the developers of Allegan, is a blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. The farm was transformed into a golf course and restaurant in 1925 until 2009. After being vacant for five years, we purchased the property in 2014 and spent the next year and a half restoring the barn and farmhouse.

In restoring the barn, we preserved its character by using reclaimed wood from the barn to construct a front porch for the barn and a rustic chapel with an antique bell for your ceremony. The barn's two-story design has the original hand-pegged construction and hand-hewn beams.

Nestled on four acres of manicured grounds with views overlooking 56 acres of soft rolling farmland, along with a warmly lit pond and fountain, add to the romantic ambiance to celebrate with your friends and family.
 

We have had the privilege of meeting some wonderfully kind people who have been with us almost since we opened in 2016. Our team are like family, and together, it’s our passion and dedication to create meaningful weddings and cherished memories for our couples, their families, and guests.

We are just 10 minutes off of 131 HWY, centrally located in West Michigan between Grand Rapids, South Haven, Holland, Kalamazoo and Saugatuck.
